Tom spent two decades at Bayer, latterly heading compliance and data privacy worldwide, before founding Transforming.Legal. He was part of the legal team the Financial Times recognised as Europe's most innovative in-house team in 2022. Through Udaria he brings that experience — and a global network of experts — to clients in the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
